Aviateur Side Table

This side table is simple and direct but also more than meets the eye, featuring myriad details as testament to artist Geoff McKonly's fine craftsmanship. Crafted in white oak, while the carved legs give a sense of movement and offer a changing perspective as you walk around the table. The end grain is exposed in the tops of the legs and is contrasted with the smooth grain of the top. The cove cut into the side of the tabletop is finished with a deep green leather; this detail makes this table one-of-a-kind. Finished with a hand applied wiping varnish. This is a one of a kind piece made with leather in the cove.
