Table has an Osage orange top and maple legs. The top has a "live" or "natural edge." There are some cracks and a filled knot as shown. The finish is semi gloss conversion varnish. Gaston designed and fabricated an aluminum fitting that attaches to the bottom of the top and the legs are screwed into it. This makes an elegant detail and allows the legs to be removed for shipping.
