Short Days, Long Shadows

Printed with oil-based, fine-art printmaking inks on Stonehenge 100% rag paper. New England winters can feel like they go on and on sometimes. The days are short, often very cold, and snow on the ground can last for months. But there is great beauty in this time of year. This print is inspired by an oil painting done by the artist in 2007. The low sun casts a warm glow on the snow-covered landscape.
