Giclee Print

"Yellow Branch" is a work on paper done from on-site drawing of the trees in the forest near the artist's studio in southwestern Colorado. The abstract shapes come from marks on the trunks of the trees and create a contrast with the linear aspects of the branches. She uses a combination of watercolor and gouache for an interplay between subtle, transparent areas and opaque, saturated color. The lines are hand drawn with a steel nib pen. Small giclee print ship flat. Medium and large giclee prints ship rolled.
