Onset of Winter/Hanging On

The original work for this giclee print was a mixed media work on paper using watercolor, gouache, acrylic, and ink. The painting was based on drawings that were done on-site in the artist's garden. There are always a few autumn leaves that hang on until the first snow and sometimes for awhile after. This is what inspires this artist to create works based on the change of seasons occurring in a yard full of aspen trees. Ships rolled.
