Tapestry woven in hand-dyed cotton, silk, and rayon. This piece is hand-woven with traditional and contemporary tapestry techniques in a time-intensive process. It was inspired by the artist's ongoing and changing relationship to the complexities of what "Home" means to her, and the richness of color and textures of her interior experience of home in her body, her neighborhood, and in the larger community.
