A striking portal, cut into the form itself, provides a deliberate pause in the composition—a moment of open space that interrupts the intensity, inviting the eye to rest before diving back into the visual current. This sculptural detail enhances the interplay between structure and spontaneity, making the piece not just an artwork, but an experience of light, movement, and discovery.

The work is fired first to approximately 1800 degrees F, after which any remaining fine alterations are made, and the surface treatment is applied by hand by the artist. A second firing to about 2100 degrees F completes the process, ensuring its durability and artistic integrity.
