Wheel thrown vessel with hand incised leaves and hand modeled lizards. Airbrushed matte glazes fired to maturity in an oxidation kiln. Signed and dated. Continuing with the artist's lizard series, she has changed the shape of the vessel from the original design and enjoy it more as it allows a more interesting placement of the lizards. The wise lizard knows a valuable truth: if a predator should latch onto your tail, just release it and live to grow another tail! Simple and smart.
