Twister and Scout Garden Birds

Observing daily visitors to her bird feeder, Gomien translates assorted bird details into glass to create these vibrant garden characters. The artist detailed Scout in beautiful green with a contrasting spotted belly. She detailed Twister to include every color of the rainbow.
They are meticulously pieced together using brightly colored glass and pieces of custom made sheet glass. They were fired and fused in a kiln and then adhered to a handmade stainless steel garden stake with foot for easy installation. The bird's name is engraved on the back. Signed by the artist. Dimensions listed refer to the bird alone. Birds are mounted on a 26"H or 32"H post.
