Sunset Foglio

Rich with sunny hues, this blown glass vessel is an exquisite interplay of light and color. The artist first fuses together an arrangement of patterned murrini, then begins the blowing process. While the glass is hot, he switches it from one blowpipe to another to create the flowerlike pattern. Each is unique; size and pattern will vary slightly. Museum Wax is recommended if added security is desired.
