Ruby Striped Platter

To create this vibrant platter, artist Varda Avnisan assembles colorful glass which is then kiln-fired. Once cooled, Avnisan cuts the pieces into strips, then arranges and fuses them into a radiant composition. Finally, she slumps the glass over a handmade form.
This platter can be displayed on a shelf or used as a table centerpiece.
