Wild Buffalo
Metal Sculpture
Created by
Ben Gatski and Kate Gatski
Meet the artists' wild buffalo sculpture - made with reclaimed metal. They first hand draw a pattern on metal with soapstone and cut it with a hand-held plasma cutter. It is then hand hammered and welded into shape.
Each piece will have its own subtle differences; they are cut, hammered, and built by hand. The weathered steel has its own imperfections. No two pieces of metal will wear alike. A clear finish is applied to the entire piece.
